On the first floor is a spacious bedroom (21m²), separate toilet, a large kitchen with equipment (dishwasher etc.) and balcony. On the second floor are three bedrooms (12, 13 and 10m²) and a bathroom with bath, toilet and sink (incl washing machine and dryer). On the third floor is a large attic room (20m²). The whole house has laminate floors. The bedroom on the first floor could also be used as a common living room.
