This nice large room with a balcony is situated on the first floor in a small and clean student house and has a laminate floor and a sink. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with in total 4 students.There is also a common garden.

The student house is located in the area Scharn and the central station and centre are very well reachable by bike or bus. The supermarket is within walking distance of the house and in the Frankenstraat are a lot of small nice shops.
