Nice room on the ground floor in the area Mariaberg, in a studenthouse. Kitchen, shower and toilet are shared with other students. There is also a common garden and cycle shed.
The house is situated near to small shops and a supermarket. It is close to the centre and University's.
A digital viewing will be scheduled for this property. How does this work?
Request a viewing via the button below after which, our photographer will film the accommodation extensively. Once the viewing has been scheduled you will receive an email notification allowing you to sign up for the viewing (max 10 candidates). On the scheduled day you will receive the digital viewing by email, following the viewing you have until the next business day to make up your mind. Once the landlord makes the decision, we offer the selected candidate the opportunity to physically view the accommodation (within 3 days).
After we have received your request for a digital viewing, our photographer will make an appointment with the current tenant. You will receive an email once the digital viewing has been scheduled and can register for the viewing via the website (max 10 candidates).
