The comfort of digital viewing
At Maasland Relocation we want to make renting a home as comfortable as possible for you as a home seeker. Required information for renting a living space
If you are interested in renting an accommodation, Maasland Relocation requires the following information as listed below. Documents can easily and securely be upload into your personal account on the website.
Identification:
- copy of passport / ID card
- residence permit (for non-EU residents)
Student:
- proof of registration for the current/next academic year
Employed:
- copy of 3 recent pay slips
- copy of 3 recent bank statements with salary deposit
Retired:
- copy of AOW slip
- copy of recent pension slip
- 1 recent deposit
Entrepreneur:
- copy of registration of the Chamber of Commerce trade register
- approved annual accounts for the past 2 years and income tax returns for the past 2 years
The tenant agrees and is aware that his or her personal data and personal identification will be used by Maasland Relocation and the landlord / manager for the conclusion of this rental agreement.
Both Maasland Relocation and the landlord/manager use this information exclusively for the purpose of concluding the agreement and correctly identifying the tenant, as well as for the purpose of taking appropriate measures and identification in the event of calamities in the rented property. objects (including fire, gas leaks and disasters).
