Very nice room situated on first floor in a small student house. The kitchen, shower and toilet are shared with 2 other students. There is also a large roof terrace and a bicycle shed.
The student house is located within less than10 minutes walking distance of the railway station and the MUMC, but there is also a bus-stop and supermarket within walking distance.

Once the viewing has been scheduled you will receive an email notification allowing you to sign up for the viewing (max 10 candidates). On the scheduled day you will receive the digital viewing by email, following the viewing you have until the next business day to make up your mind. Once the landlord makes the decision, we offer the selected candidate the opportunity to physically view the accommodation (within 3 days).
After we have received your request for a digital viewing, our photographer will make an appointment with the current tenant. You will receive an email once the digital viewing has been scheduled and can register for the viewing via the website (max 10 candidates).
