Room with its own sink situated on the second floor in a charming characteristic townhouse with a private garden. The kitchen (incl. equipment), toilet, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and second toilet are shared with 5 other students. There is also a small shed present in the garden.
The house is located near Koningin Emmaplein and within walking distance of the city center and various faculties.
A digital viewing will be scheduled for this property. How does this work?
Request a viewing via the button below after which, our photographer will film the accommodation extensively. Once the viewing has been scheduled you will receive an email notification allowing you to sign up for the viewing (max 10 candidates). On the scheduled day you will receive the digital viewing by email, following the viewing you have until the next business day to make up your mind. Once the landlord makes the decision, we offer the selected candidate the opportunity to physically view the accommodation (within 3 days).
After we have received your request for a digital viewing, our photographer will make an appointment with the current tenant. You will receive an email once the digital viewing has been scheduled and can register for the viewing via the website (max 10 candidates).
