This fully furnished studio, exclusively for young people between the ages of 18 and 28, offers all the comfort and luxury you need. The studio features a bright living/sleeping area, an open kitchen with built-in appliances, and a modern bathroom.

The studio is fully furnished with a double bed (140x200), an open kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, fridge with freezer compartment, extractor hood, and combi oven. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink. The interior also includes a dining table with chairs, a sofa, a chest of drawers, a clothes rack, and curtains. Thanks to high-quality insulation and underfloor heating, the indoor climate remains comfortable throughout the year.

You’ll experience both the vibrancy of Maastricht and the tranquility of a green environment. Cycle to the bakery, the supermarket, or the historic city centre, where culture and culinary hotspots await. The Groene Loper is also nearby – ideal for relaxation or a run.
